Preserving the Bounty is a 4-hour workshop on pressure canning, water bath canning, jelly making & pickling. The cost is $50 per person (includes lunch) and is limited to the first 12 paid participants.
* We will also have limited copies of the So Easy to Preserve canning book available for $15.00.
